Five star review - exceptional guest care by all staff, Riad is pristine, welcoming, comfortable, well located - perfect!What an absolute find .. from initial contact to request our airport transfer, to help with bags back to the taxi collection point - service here was second to none! I was almost out off of Marrakesh two women travelling - thank goodness! What an amazing place, full of culture, friendly people, lots to do, amazing weather… colourful with great smells - I loved the Cedar and Fleur D’Orange.Mohammed was waiting for us and carried our bags through the streets to the Riad, we arrived in the middle of the night and this in itself was truly magical (a memory that will stay with me forever) - we felt immediately safe - Mohammed was professional, helpful. Gentle and knowledgeable.Our room with en-suite was exquisite, stylish, immaculate, bedding and decor pristine, with character.. loved the pink sofa, chair, fireplace - maid service daily, fresh towels, robes in room .. even a single yellow rose in small vase! We met Mona the following day she checked everything was ok - Breakfast was consistently good, lots, delicious - we were always offered more - I personally loved the coffee, home pressed orange juice daily, water, mint tea… the terrace was beautiful, again clean, welcoming, with character - the terrace design offers privacy too, you can choose to mix/sit near other guests - or away from. Azzouz Sun hats on sun loungers along with colourful towels for guest use - they really think of EVERYTHING! Mona asked if we wanted to meet up which we did - this was invaluable - Mona was friendly, helpful went through Map noting things not to be missed, places to try time prevailing and when best to take a guide. She was exceptional, said she could be contacted ‘anytime’ which was ‘over and above’ and offered great reassurance during our stay - nothing was too much trouble - Mona arranged taxis for us and we chose to use the hamman at Azzouz with massage - arranged at convenient time for us - so pleased we had it there! Hamman experience was unforgettable and skin felt amazing, followed by relaxing duo massage - all female therapists without us asking for this - again we felt so well looked after. Every member of staff we saw during our four nights stay were smiley and friendly - without exception.I’ve only been home five days and writing about our amazing stay feels overwhelming - Staying in THIS Riad enhanced our stay in Marrakech - Marrakech was draw droppingly awesome! Thank you Also enjoyed: both palaces, Musee Majorelle/Yves St Laurent, Souks, main square, Secret garden, sunsets.

We enjoyed our two-night-stay very much. The Riad is perfectly situated in the middle of the Medina. The rooms were beautifully and tastefully furnished and very clean. Especially the roof terrace with its pool invited us to relax. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and took care of all our concerns, we felt very welcome, we definitely recommend this Riad.

I was booked to go to Morocco for a retreat. However the retreat was cancelled and I decided to travel solo to Morocco. I stayed at the riad spa azzouz. The staff were absolutely fantastic, sincere, caring, attentive and above all sweet and kind. The staff at riad azzouz ensured I felt welcomed and happy at all times. The riad itself is stunning the decor is beautiful and it is spotless clean. The rooms are cleaned every morning to an extremely high standard. The breakfast is delicious and a couple of nights I stayed to have dinner at the riad because the food at the riad was more delicious than in the Médina. The day trips arranged by the hotel staff to Eassouria and the Atlas Mountains were fantastic and the drivers were very knowledgeable and only stopped at shops when we asked them to for some quick shopping during the road trips. My holiday in morocco was made extra special because of the riad and the staff. I felt welcomed each and every day of my stay. The hamam day spa is also a must. I will definitely be staying back here again and would very much highly recommended it.

Absolutely amazing Riad in the heart of the Médina. It is very beautiful, clean and calm. The stuff is unbelievably friendly, supporting and funny. The rooms are beautiful clean and chic. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are delicious, fresh and made with love. Whatever we asked for they made it happened with a big smile. We booked the Hammam with the massage, both very very good . We will definitely come back
