This place was wonderful! We were overwhelmed by the fantastic service (Ali took great care of us throughout our stay!), the beauty of the Courtyard and Terrace, and the quality of the rooms. There are only 6 rooms here, so you are pampered! It is also perfectly located in the Medina - steps from great restaurants, so many shops, and the square. Yet the Riad Azzouz is relaxing and quiet and is an oasis in the middle of the craziness that is the Medina.

We arrived late - around 22:00 - and in the middle of the week and we were greeted by the staff like long, lost family. Ali - our great host - escorted us through the semi-deserted streets of the Medina to the simple entrance to the riad. The small door was a portal to this beautiful and very comfortable "oasis". Ali served us hot tea and warm towels to refresh us while he took care of the check in process. He then escorted us to a nearby restaurant for a late dinner. We were treated just as well for the remainder of our stay in Marrakech and treated to wonderful breakfasts with strong coffee and fresh fruit. The staff here is the best and made us feel so welcome, gave us great advice about navigating the Medina and where to eat, and most importantly, what not to do too.

Riad Azzouz is simply beautiful. I was part of a retreat that was canceled at the last minute and gracious staff at Azzouz were so kind and generous to us. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The roof top terrace and pool area are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. The staff is exceptionally sweet and helped us with all of our excursions. All of our drivers were friendly and helped us navigate our destinations. The Riad Azzouz's hamam is spectacular. We had amazing traditional spa and massages.

Very good location, 5min walk from main Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Exceptional staff, very friendly and polite, always trying to help you and make your stay as convenience as it can be. Room was amazing, with all the necessery things you could need. All in all, the property, location and the staff was 10/10.
